Palmisano Playbook : You Build us Better
Palmisano wanted an employee handbook that was a great printed piece of design in the hands and felt like it embodied the history and culture of their company. It covers more than the usual scope of an employee handbook, spanning 85 pages and filled with the overview of the company as well as Palmisano family recipes, inspiring quotes picked by the Palmisano team and fun illustrated content. The book is sprinkled with handwritten notes, doodles, smudges and underlining to give it a real and useable feeling. This work was contracted by RAPJAB for Palmisano, and I designed & illustrated the whole piece from concept to completion.
